Wesley 22 months

Wow is all I can say. 2 more months until my little precious baby is 2 years old! His language has exploded in the month of December. He is putting more words together than ever. Also he went through a major growth spurt. Looking taller and losing the baby fat.

1. He now doesn't want me to help him with his food and he ask for a spoon and a fork and is a huge pro with it now.
2. He loves a new pair of shoes and he has had 2 new pairs in the past month due to growth spurt
3. He now asks for the iPad or Leappad to play. Still isn't great but he is trying hard.
4. Teachers still adore him and they all talk about all the hugs he gives everyone.
5. When Nate goes to the bathroom he says he needs to go potty. He will sit on it fully clothed and then get up and wash his hands. Showing big signs but I have no energy to potty train right now.
6. He is starting to fight us getting in his carseat. He is still backwards and it is getting really cramped.
7. Tried to give him a little juice that he asked for and he still doesn't like it. That is fine by me.
8. He has discovered ketchup more and loves to dip
9. He now tells Nate "no no no Nate"
10. His favorite book is Little Blue Truck
11. Still loves to brush his teeth but when you try to do it he wants nothing to do with you.
12. Runs away when I brush his hair and then messes it up
13. His favorite show is Dora the Explorer
14. He loves Christmas as much as I do. He can even say Christmas Tree. We go in a store and everything is a Christmas Tree.
15. He knows who Santa is and when we go into a store it is everywhere and he has to touch and look at all the Santa's.
16. Still lets me rock him at night and I love every minute of it.
17. New favorite breakfast food is blueberry waffle with cream cheese.
18. Still doesn't like to get his hands dirty.
19. He doesn't like to pull his sleeves up when he eats. If you put him in a short sleeve shirt he doesn't understand why it doesn't go all the way down and pulls it
20. He still loves Thomas and the train.
21. He loves to color on paper with anything like pencil, markers, crayons.
22. He is a pro at the beginners puzzles
