Wes is 11 months old

Holly Cow! In one month this cute little tank will be 1 year old! This has truly flown by way too fast. He is got such a great personality that just melts your heart. This month he has learned how to climb stairs, stand on chairs, learned how to drink out of straw, doing awesome with table food, has moved up to 18 month tops, loves to eat dog food, and mostly loves to take his brother toys. Brother Nate really doesn't like it when Wes enters the room. All you hear is "that is MINE". Oh brotherly love:).
Wes loves baths. He has also learned how to stand in the tub. He is all over the place. When you take him out he starts crying. Too bad we have to really be careful with those tubes. During Dec he did get his 1st ear infection with his tubes. The tube was clogged. But now we are all better:).
He has more sounds like dadadada. His favorite one one is NNNNNNNNAAA.Still no mamamama.
Thanks Wes for being a really great baby. With all our bumps in the road I am so blessed that you are such a sweet baby.

Wes & Nate's 1st White Christmas

On Christmas Day after Kristin & Roger left it started snowing. It was coming down fast too! Then it would sleet and then snow again. On and off through the night. It was the first White Christmas for the boys and for me! It wasn't the kind of snow for them to play in because it was so wet. But it was so pretty to look at! That night it got down in the 20's and we had to wait for the sun to come up before we could travel. What a perfect Christmas Day!

Wes's baptism Dec 19th

FINALLY we got Wes baptised! I didn't want to do it right before Christmas but it was the only weekend we could make it work. I wanted to do it before his 1st birthday. It was such a great service. We put Nate in daycare and he did wonderful. We kept Wes with us and he didn't make a peep. He loved the music and being held by all the family members. It was such a great magical day. God Bless Wesley.

Hanna Christmas

Hanna's got together the day after Christmas. We had to delay things for a little bit that morning due to the snow. Finally Uncle Jimmy got to meet Wes for the first time. The kids got lots of great things and lots of clothes. Then we got ready for the cousins to come over. It was so cool to finally meet RileyAnn. Also Jake is so close to walking. I didn't get enough pictures that day because I was too busy talking and catching up with everyone. We had such a great time with everyone!

Christmas with Ma and Kristin/Roger

After we did Santa we opened all other gifts from my mom, Kristin/Roger. We made the mistake of giving Nate all the Thomas Trains first because he really didn't pay that much attention to the rest of his gifts. But we had to hide the trains so he will pay attention. Kristin and Roger gave Nate a Dr's kit and he would do checkup's on everyone. It was too cute!
Brad and I did our gifts then and I couldn't wait until he opened his stocking. He always sends me links with things that have bacon in it. Well I ordered one this year that was peanut butter cups with bacon. I got it a week before Christmas and didn't know the grease started leaking through. It was a huge success!

Hanna Christmas Morning

What a perfect Christmas morning. Kristin and Roger got there early before the boys came downstairs. Nate was so excited to see what Santa brought. Santa brought them a new fridge and bbq grill. Also Santa set up the old mac for the boys new keyboard. It is water resistant and they can hit the keys as hard as they want:). Wes got a new choo choo train. Nate got several other things like puzzles and cups. The boys loved all their gifts from Santa!

Twas the Night before Christmas at the Hanna's

When we got back from my dad's my mom was already at our house. She helped me get the boys to bed while daddy did some other things. Before bed we had Nate lay out milk and cookies for Santa. He wanted to eat it himself. Wes was so tired that he fell asleep in Ma's arms. Then we read Nate Twas the Night Before Christmas and of course Toodles had to be there too.

Schloemer Christmas

On the 24th we headed to my Dad's house. This year my step brother and sister were not able to make it. Also Matt's boys were sick with fever's and spent most of the time in bed while we were there. A very different Christmas since this was the first one without Memaw. I really do miss her and especially at Christmas. The boys got lots of great things. Nate got his first tricycle and he loves to ride it. We are still learning how to pedal.

Breedlove Christmas

Our Christmas began in Monroe. All the cousins got together to catch up and celebrate. While we were there Wes discovered how to climb stairs. I didn't get any of that night because both boys didn't nap and Wes wanted to be held the whole time. He finally passed out at 8:00 in Ma's arms. We had a great time and drove back home that night.
